This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Utah. As such, user hereby consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Salt Lake County, Utah in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of Independent Lending Group’s website, services or technology. Use of Independent Lending Group’s website, services and technology is thereby unauthorized in any jurisdiction that disallows these Terms and Conditions provisions provided herein.

Additionally, Independent Lending Group requires all third parties that may have access to any personal information to adhere to stringent and strict privacy policies and procedures. To provide services to users, Independent Lending Group may provide third parties with personal information if the customer requests, if such disclosure is required by law or through subpoena or in the investigation of fraudulent activity, or for marketing purposes – of which the user has been previously informed of and given the opportunity to opt out or discontinue use of website and/or services.
